The short version

CodexSkills.ai uses customer information to send download links, respond to support requests, and manage custom build inquiries.

We do not store card numbers. We do not sell customer information. We do not need access to your private codebase to deliver a skill.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Email addresses for download delivery, account recovery, custom builds, and support.
• Custom order details, including checkout session ID, amount paid, status, and download token activity when you buy a custom build.
• Custom inquiry details, including name, company, workflow description, tools used, budget range, and timeline when you submit them.
• Support messages you send to us.
• Basic technical data handled by our hosting, database, payment, and email providers to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use customer information to:

• Deliver secure download links and process paid custom builds.
• Send requested download links and product-related emails.
• Respond to support, custom-build, and download-access questions.
• Review custom workflow inquiries and prepare follow-up.
• Protect the site, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate order records.
• Improve the product catalog, documentation, and buyer experience.

Payments and third-party services

Paid custom builds are handled through Stripe. Email delivery is handled through Resend. Data storage is handled through Supabase and our hosting infrastructure. These services process information only as needed to provide checkout, delivery, database, email, and hosting functions.

When you use those services through this site, their own privacy and security terms may also apply.

Cookies and admin access

CodexSkills.ai may use essential cookies for protected admin access and site operation. Payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies during checkout. We do not use advertising cookies in the core shopping experience.

Retention

We keep custom order records, download records, lead records, and support messages as long as needed to deliver files, handle customer requests, maintain business records, and protect against abuse. If you want your information reviewed or deleted where legally and operationally possible, contact us.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and limit access to operational data. No online service is perfect. If we discover a security issue that affects customer information, we will respond quickly and communicate where required.

Children

CodexSkills.ai is built for adults and business users. It is not directed to children under 13.
