The short version

CodexSkills.ai public skill downloads are free. Paid custom skill builds are custom services and are final once work has started.

If something feels off, email us. We are generally happy to help, clarify, resend access, or offer a courtesy coupon code for future custom work when it makes sense.

Why custom purchases are final

Custom builds involve time, review, and production work specific to your workflow. Once that work begins, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

That is why we do not offer buyer-remorse refunds, accidental-purchase refunds, unused-work refunds, or refunds after custom files have been delivered.

What we will help with

If you run into a real delivery or access issue, contact us. We can help with:

• Missing download emails.
• Expired or exhausted download links.
• Wrong email address issues when ownership can be verified.
• Damaged ZIP files or broken downloads.
• Questions about what was included in a free download or custom build.

Courtesy coupon codes

We do not promise refunds. We may, at our discretion, offer a coupon code when a customer reaches out in good faith and the situation calls for it.

Coupon codes are not guaranteed. They are a support gesture, not a refund policy.

Chargebacks

If there is a problem, contact us first. We keep order records, product descriptions, delivery logs, and download-token records so we can resolve legitimate issues quickly.
