Agreement

These terms apply when you browse CodexSkills.ai, download a free skill, submit a custom inquiry, purchase a custom build, or use any file delivered through the site.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not download or use the files.

What we provide

CodexSkills.ai provides downloadable and installable markdown skills for AI-agent workflows. Files may include SKILL.md files, examples, references, onboarding docs, install instructions, AGENTS.md templates, usage guidance, and related support materials.

These are digital files. They are not a SaaS subscription, managed service, marketplace, course, or agency engagement unless a custom service is separately agreed in writing.

License

When you download a public skill or purchase a custom service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files for your own projects, internal workflows, and client work.

You may:

• Install the skills in your Codex workspace or other markdown-reading agent workflow.
• Edit the skills for your niche, offer, voice, stack, and operating standards.
• Use outputs generated with the skills in your own business or client work.
• Keep reasonable personal backups of downloaded files.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, publish, share, leak, or upload the raw files as your own product.
• Bundle the files into another downloadable product, marketplace listing, course asset, or template library.
• Use the files to create a substantially similar competing skill-pack shop.
• Remove ownership notices or imply that CodexSkills.ai endorses your business.
• Use the site or files for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Checkout and delivery

Public skills are free downloads. Custom skill builds are handled through Stripe checkout. Download links may expire, may have download limits, and may be refreshed through support when appropriate.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address when requested and keeping your downloaded files safe.

Refunds

Public skills are free. Paid custom builds are final and non-refundable once work has started. The full refund policy lives at /refund.

Results and responsibility

The skills are built to improve agent execution. They do not guarantee rankings, revenue, conversions, bug-free code, legal compliance, or business outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking facts, testing code, following applicable laws, and making final decisions before publishing, deploying, selling, or sending work produced with an AI agent.

Custom work

Custom skill builds, workflow systems, and consulting work require separate written scope, price, timeline, and delivery terms. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement.

Third-party tools

CodexSkills.ai products are designed in Codex and can be adapted for tools that read markdown, including Claude Code and Cursor. CodexSkills.ai is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, Stripe, Supabase, or Resend.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version posted here is the version that applies going forward.
